Great mix of strength and HIIT workouts. Love how there are alternatives for a lot of the exercises. Also a bunch of videos that explain the movements.

Picked this up on a whim as I was looking for a good program that combined strength and cardio - and I am loving it. I’m on week 5 as I write the review, and have already started to see some awesome results.
